Chicken, Rice & Vegetable Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (284 ml) can campbell's low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (170 g) package long grain wild rice mix
  • 1 (450 g) bag frozen vegetables (combination broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 mix soup water, rice vegetables and half the cheese in 3 l shallow baking dish. top with chicken. sprinkle with papriks. cover.
  • 2 bake at 375f for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 3 top with remaining cheese.
