Cranberry Lamb In The Pot

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 lbs boneless lamb roast
- 1 (1 1/3 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling, add lamb roast and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned (4 to 6 minutes).
