Ingredients

- 6 -8 large vidalia onions, sliced into rings
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can milk
- 200 g regular potato chips, crushed
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 layer onions alternately with chips and cheese in a 9x13 pan - be sure to end with cheese.
- 2 mix together soup and milk and pour over top of the casserole.
- 3 bake at 350 for an hour, covered.
