Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs hash browns, frozen
- 1 lb bacon or 1 lb sausage
- 3 eggs
- 2 ounces velveeta cheese
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the hash browns with the onion till crisp.
- 2 fry the meat.
- 3 mix in a 13 x 9 pan.
- 4 add the cheeses, soup, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
- 5 bake at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes.
