Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs hash browns, frozen
  • 1 lb bacon or 1 lb sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook the hash browns with the onion till crisp.
  • 2 fry the meat.
  • 3 mix in a 13 x 9 pan.
  • 4 add the cheeses, soup, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes.
