- 4 cups kale
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups carrots
- 2 cups celery
- 4 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 sautee shallot and garlic in pan.
- 2 add carrots and continue to sautee.
- 3 add chicken.
- 4 add celery.
- 5 add chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes.
- 6 add kale (cut up, destemmed).
