Chilled Green Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 daikon radish, roughly chopped in large pieces
  • 1 green cabbage leaf, torn
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in your food processor.
  • 2 process until smooth.
  • 3 serve with a spoonful of sour cream or plain yogurt on each bowl, or chill for later.
  • 4 (if all your ingredients are cold, there is no need to chill.).
