Ingredients

- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 daikon radish, roughly chopped in large pieces
- 1 green cabbage leaf, torn
- 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in your food processor.
- 2 process until smooth.
- 3 serve with a spoonful of sour cream or plain yogurt on each bowl, or chill for later.
- 4 (if all your ingredients are cold, there is no need to chill.).
