Ingredients
- 1 chuck roast
- salt and pepper
- 0.5 (10 7/8 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
Recipe
- 1 season meat with salt and pepper as you normally would a roast.
- 2 dump everything in the crock pot.
- 3 cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat can be easily pulled apart with a fork.
- 4 serve shredded in juice.
