Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cantaloupes, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 ounces ironworks arctic kiwi liqueur
- 2 tablespoons .fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 4 teaspoons sour cream
- 1 fresh mint sprig
Recipe
- 1 place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender. add sugar, liqueur, lime juice and salt. purée.
- 2 chill for one hour.
- 3 place in serving bowls, top with sour cream and a fresh mint leaf.
- 4 makes 4-6 servings.
