5 Minute Egg Drop Soup

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (15 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chinese wine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 bring broth to boiling.
  • 2 mix chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in bowl; add to broth and stir.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 scramble egg, drizzle and stir into soup.
  • 5 serve.
