- 1 1/2 tablespoons chinese wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 bring broth to boiling.
- 2 mix chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in bowl; add to broth and stir.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 scramble egg, drizzle and stir into soup.
- 5 serve.
