Creamy Apple Chicken Bake

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (3 lb) whole chickens, cut into pieces
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 teaspoons curry powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees
• 2 in a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
• 3 add the curry powder, apple and onion and saute until onion is translucent. add soup and cream and stir together.
• 4 place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
• 5 season with salt, pepper and paprika.
• 6 pour apple/cream sauce mixture over chicken and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
• 7 let cool 10 minutes and serve.
