Chicken Marseilles

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 -6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix (i use knorr's)
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet.
- 2 place chicken breasts in skillet and brown for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 3 stir in 2 cups water, soup mix and dill into skillet and bring to a boil.
- 4 reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionallyl for 25-30 minutes until chicken is tender.
- 5 remove chicken to a plate.
- 6 add sour cream to skillet and stir until creamy.
- 7 place chicken over hot brown rice (prepared according to directions) and spoon sour cream sauce over chicken before serving.
