Carrot Ginger Soup (for A Raw Diet)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 carrots
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Recipe

  • 1 juice the carrots, apple, and lemon.
  • 2 put everything juice and otherwise into a blender and blend till thick and smooth.
  • 3 warm slightly in a pot on the stove (no more than 116 f/46.6 c) and serve.
