- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of cheese for topping.
- 2 bake at 350f degrees for 60-90 minutes.
- 3 add cheese for last 20 minutes.
- 4 crumbled (cooked) bacon or sausage may be added if desired.
