Ingredients

- 1 1/4 lbs yellow tomatoes (about 4)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 8 leaves fresh thai basil, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, puree tomatoes, orange juice, olive oil, salt to taste and cayenne pepper.
- 2 transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 6 hours.
- 3 serve garnish with sour cream and basil.
