- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cups colby cheese (shredded)
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)
Recipe
- 1 combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
- 2 gently mix in the hash browns and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 3 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
