Cream Of Scrambled Eggs

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 egg whites
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 dash pepper
  • non-fat cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 stir soup until smooth.
  • 2 beat in eggs and pepper.
  • 3 spray cooking spray onto hot skillet and cook egg mixture, stirring lightly, until eggs set (will still be very moist).
