Ingredients

• 4 chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
• 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
• 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can hominy, gold, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
• 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, undrained
• 0.5 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
• 0.5 (16 ounce) can chicken stock

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot for 1-4 hours.
