Chili Mole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 10 ounces condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef and onion in non-stick frying pan.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 turn into large saucepan.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients.
  • 5 stir well.
  • 6 bring to boil.
  • 7 simmer covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrot is cooked.
