Chili Mole

Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 10 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa, sifted
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onion in non-stick frying pan.
- 2 drain.
- 3 turn into large saucepan.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 stir well.
- 6 bring to boil.
- 7 simmer covered, for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrot is cooked.
