Alireba's Famous Spinach Dip

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package vegetable soup mix
• 1 bunch celery, finely chopped
• 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Recipe

• 1 mix sour cream, mayo, and soup mix in a large bowl(if you haven't chopped your celery and onions yet, it's a good idea to cover the bowl and put in the fridge, as it allows the dehydrated veggies in the soup mix soften up and gives the flavors a chance to blend).
• 2 add the chopped celery and onions. mix thouroughly.
• 3 add the spinach, little by little, stirring to make sure there aren't any spinach clumps and the consistancy of the dip is even.
• 4 chill and enjoy!
