Chicken Breasts With Artichokes & Olives

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet spinach dip mix (i use knorr)
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put chicken in oiled baking dish.
  • 2 sprinkle garlic over breasts and pat in.
  • 3 pour artichokes over chicken with drained chopped olives.
  • 4 mix soup, dip mix.
  • 5 sour cream& wine together and pour over chicken.
  • 6 spread to edges.
  • 7 top with cheese.
  • 8 bake@ 375 for 40-60 minutes.
