Chicken Broccoli And Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 -2 bunch broccoli floret
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix
- 4 -5 cups cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 boil chicken until cooked and cut into small pieces.
- 3 in the meantime, steam or cook broccoli until tender/crisp.
- 4 mix together soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl, and set aside.
- 5 in an 8x8 inch baking dish, layer the chicken, broccoli and soup mixture.
- 6 splash the wine over the soup for taste.
- 7 add the shredded cheese, and then sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top.
- 8 bake for 25- 30 minutes.
- 9 serve over rice.
