Chicken Noodle Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen egg noodles (partially thawed)

Recipe

  • 1 combine broth, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, poultry seasoning and thyme.
  • 2 heat until boiling.
  • 3 reduce heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 4 add chicken and noodles.
  • 5 heat, stirring occasionally.
