Broccoli Mushroom Chowder

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
  • 8 ounces butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 clean and cut broccoli into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 2 steam in 1/2 cup water.
