Brisket For A Beginner

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 lbs chuck roast or 3 -4 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 line roasting pan with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
  • 2 place beef in pan.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together and pour over beef.
