Budget Beef Burgundy

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs beef, cubed
  • 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup red wine (burgundy preferred, of course)
  • mushrooms or onions or garlic (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 place all ingredients in baking dish and stir well.
  • 3 bake for 2 hrs.
  • 4 uncover the last 1/2 hr so the liquid will cook down.
  • 5 serve over noodles.
