Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs beef, cubed
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup red wine (burgundy preferred, of course)
- mushrooms or onions or garlic (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 place all ingredients in baking dish and stir well.
- 3 bake for 2 hrs.
- 4 uncover the last 1/2 hr so the liquid will cook down.
- 5 serve over noodles.
