Cauliflower And Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 3 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken breasts, in water, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth, fat-free, low-sodium
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, low-sodium
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 cup green peas, frozen, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 in a slow cooker combine all ingredients except the peas, then stir to mix well.
  • 2 cover & cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  • 3 stir in the green peas & let stand 10 minutes, uncovered.
