Ingredients

- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken breasts, in water, drained
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup chicken broth, fat-free, low-sodium
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, low-sodium
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 cup green peas, frozen, thawed
Recipe
- 1 in a slow cooker combine all ingredients except the peas, then stir to mix well.
- 2 cover & cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 6 hours.
- 3 stir in the green peas & let stand 10 minutes, uncovered.
