Best Venison Stroganoff Ever

Ingredients

- 2 lbs venison steak
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup mushroom
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cut meat into 3/4 inch cubes, brown in butter, and add tomato sauce and mushrooms.
- 2 cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- 3 add other ingredients, stir together, and simmer one hour. extra liquid may be added to thin the consistency, if desired. serve over rice.
