Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 1/2 lbs ground round, browned and drained
- 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (more if you like)
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package cooked seasoned yellow rice (i use mahatmas spicy)
Recipe
- 1 brown and drain beef.
- 2 cook rice according to package directions.
- 3 drain corn.
- 4 mix all 5 ingredients together reserving some cheese for topping.
- 5 spread in 8" x 8" glass baking dish.
- 6 place in oven preheated at 300 deegrees and bake until heated through or cheese is bubbly.
