Caterers Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground round, browned and drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 12 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (more if you like)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package cooked seasoned yellow rice (i use mahatmas spicy)

Recipe

  • 1 brown and drain beef.
  • 2 cook rice according to package directions.
  • 3 drain corn.
  • 4 mix all 5 ingredients together reserving some cheese for topping.
  • 5 spread in 8" x 8" glass baking dish.
  • 6 place in oven preheated at 300 deegrees and bake until heated through or cheese is bubbly.
