Cheesy Vegetable Soup With Canned Soup, Simple, Vintage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons oleo
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can water
  • 3/4 cup tomato juice (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed chicken (optional) or 1 1/2 cups turkey (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in large covered pan, cook zucchini, carrot, onion with oregano in butter until tender.
