Cheesy Veggie Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 4 green onions, sliced, tips included
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can undiluted chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2-1 cup shredded mild to sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard

Recipe

  • 1 turn vegetables into saucepan.
