Chicken Rosalie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 lb butter or 1/4 lb margarine
  • 12 slices ham
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • minced parsley

Recipe

  • 1 saute chicken breasts lightly in butter or margarine.
  • 2 place each on a ham slice in a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
  • 3 in same skillet used for browning chicken, saute mushrooms.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients, mix well and spoon over chicken and ham.
  • 5 sprinkle with parsley and bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
