- 1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
- 1 (12 ounce) beer
- 70 g lipton onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
Recipe
- 1 pour oil into a pot along with chicken.
- 2 let brown a little, then add in rest of ingredients.
- 3 let simmer till its cooked, and serve.
