Ingredients

- 2 lbs stewing chicken
- 4 cups water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 lb small onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon celery powder
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in water in large saucepan. add salt, pepper, basil,.
