Chicken Soup

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs stewing chicken
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons basil
  • 1/2 lb small onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery powder

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in water in large saucepan. add salt, pepper, basil,.
