Cranberry Pot Roast Brisket

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2-3 1/2 lbs beef brisket or 2 1/2-3 1/2 lbs pot roast
  • garlic salt
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle meat with garlic salt.
  • 2 mix onion soup, cranberry sauce and water.
  • 3 cover and simmer 2-3 hours or until tender.
  • 4 can be made in crockpot.
