Ingredients

- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups ground chicken or 2 cups turkey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallion
- 2 cups stock
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook ground poultry in oil, add and wilt veggies.
- 2 blend in flour and salt.
- 3 slowly add liquid.
- 4 cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
- 5 add cheese and continue cooking until it melts.
