Chicken Enchiladas

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chunk chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced mild onion
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all sauce ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth.
  • 2 mix cheese, chicken, and onion together.
  • 3 place a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla.
  • 4 add a spoonful of filling mixture.
  • 5 roll tortillas and place side by side in 9x13 baking dish.
  • 6 pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
  • 7 bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
