Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chunk chicken
- 1/2 cup diced mild onion
- 12 flour tortillas
- 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all sauce ingredients and heat until mixture is smooth.
- 2 mix cheese, chicken, and onion together.
- 3 place a spoonful of sauce on each tortilla.
- 4 add a spoonful of filling mixture.
- 5 roll tortillas and place side by side in 9x13 baking dish.
- 6 pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
- 7 bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
