Chicken In Wine Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 ounces sliced almonds
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in caserole dish.
  • 2 put sliced mushrooms over chicken.
  • 3 to make sauce: mix soup, sour cream, sherry, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
