Broccoli Nut Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, low-sodium
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup buttered bread crumb

Recipe

  • 1 cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and add to a large bowl.
  • 2 add the soup, mayonnaise, and chopped pecans; mix well.
  • 3 add the beaten eggs and onion; stir to blend well.
  • 4 pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole.
  • 5 sprinkle with the grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
