Broccoli Nut Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, low-sodium
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup buttered bread crumb
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and add to a large bowl.
- 2 add the soup, mayonnaise, and chopped pecans; mix well.
- 3 add the beaten eggs and onion; stir to blend well.
- 4 pour mixture into greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole.
- 5 sprinkle with the grated cheese and top with buttered bread crumbs.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
