Ingredients

- 1/2 cauliflower
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 4 ounces velveeta reduced fat cheese product
Recipe
- 1 saute the carrot and onion in a little water until soft.
- 2 add cauliflower and broth.
- 3 cook until soft.
- 4 puree in blender add cheese.
