Chicken Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken and celery in stock until done.
  • 2 cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and place in a 9"x12" dish.
  • 3 add the celery to the dish.
  • 4 mix the stock and chicken soup and pour over the top.
  • 5 melt butter.
  • 6 add flour and milk to butter and mix until smooth.
  • 7 spread flour mix over top of pan.
  • 8 bake at 450 f until brown.
