Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups herb stuffing mix
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, cut up
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 10 ounces frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 combine melted butter and stuffing mix. pour half in 9x13 inch pan. combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing.
  • 2 spread remaining stuffing on top. bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minute.
