Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 finely minced onion
- 1 red pepper, finely minced
- 4 ounces tomato paste
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 7 ounces tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, sliced thin
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 in a large frying pan, brown meat. drain off excess fat. add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes. then add tomato paste, sauce and soup. bring to a simmer. add chili powder and stir well. add velveeta, and stir until melted. serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
