Chili Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 finely minced onion
  • 1 red pepper, finely minced
  • 4 ounces tomato paste
  • 4 ounces tomato sauce
  • 7 ounces tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 in a large frying pan, brown meat. drain off excess fat. add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes. then add tomato paste, sauce and soup. bring to a simmer. add chili powder and stir well. add velveeta, and stir until melted. serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
