Bridal Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 5 cups leftover cooked turkey
• 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (16 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 (12 ounce) box ritz crackers
• 1/2-1 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degree (f).
• 2 combine all ingredients together, except for crackers and butter. make sure mixture is well moistened. add more sour cream or cream of mushroom soup if not moist enough; more turkey if there is too much sour cream and mushroom soup.
• 3 pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
• 4 mix together crackers and melted butter. place cracker mixture on top of turkey mixture.
• 5 bake for 45 minutes or until topping is browned.
