Bridal Casserole

Ingredients

- 5 cups leftover cooked turkey
- 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) box ritz crackers
- 1/2-1 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degree (f).
- 2 combine all ingredients together, except for crackers and butter. make sure mixture is well moistened. add more sour cream or cream of mushroom soup if not moist enough; more turkey if there is too much sour cream and mushroom soup.
- 3 pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 mix together crackers and melted butter. place cracker mixture on top of turkey mixture.
- 5 bake for 45 minutes or until topping is browned.
