Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked (i use brown rice fettucini)
- 4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (i use a gluten free equivalent)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated and divided
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine soup, sour cream, onion, parsley, wine, salt and 1/2 of the cheese in a bowl.
- 3 layer cooked noodles on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- 4 layer cooked chicken on top of noodles.
- 5 layer sauce on top of chicken.
- 6 top with remaining cheese.
- 7 bake, covered for 45 mins, and uncovered an additional 10 to brown the top.
