Chicken Fettuccine

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces fettuccine, cooked (i use brown rice fettucini)
  • 4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (i use a gluten free equivalent)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 3 tablespoons wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated and divided

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 combine soup, sour cream, onion, parsley, wine, salt and 1/2 of the cheese in a bowl.
  • 3 layer cooked noodles on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  • 4 layer cooked chicken on top of noodles.
  • 5 layer sauce on top of chicken.
  • 6 top with remaining cheese.
  • 7 bake, covered for 45 mins, and uncovered an additional 10 to brown the top.
  • 8 enjoy!
